I am the Founder & CEO of Pinkvilla Media. I am a software engineer turned Entrepreneur. Born in the city of Mangalore, my mom and dad were professors. I graduated from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka(NITK) post which I pursued my Masters from Rutgers University, USA.
My first job was as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, Redmond, USA. A Bollywood aficionado, I started Pinkvilla in the year 2007 as a platform to connect similar people like me.
Pinkvilla today is the go-to place for all Bollywood fans and boasts of 40 million pageviews from all over the world. The website which has also a presence down South with Pinkvilla South, has amassed quite a reach, as evident from its hugely popular social media presence in Instagram (1.7 Million Followers), Facebook (1.5 Million Likes), YouTube (60 Million plus video views) and Twitter (830K Followers).
